SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 10–15 business days for us to hand-craft and style your unit before it is shipped. This processing window ensures your wig meets our quality standards and achieves your desired look.

Once your order heads out, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note: Depending on the complexity of the style, some units may ship sooner than the standard window.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Returns & Refund
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer monetary refunds. We are happy to provide exchanges or store credit for eligible items.

2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original, pristine condition:

Lace: Must remain uncut and unaltered.

Hair: Must not be worn, dyed, washed, cut, or styled.

Packaging: Must be returned in all original packaging and unused.
Note: If the lace has been cut, the unit is strictly ineligible for exchange.

3. How to Start an Exchange

4. Custom Orders & Final Sales
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged:

All custom wig orders.

Units with requested alterations (lace tinting, bleaching, fringe cutting, or custom coloring).

Any item customized prior to dispatch.
5. Cancellations & Fees

12-Hour Window: Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase, provided production hasn't started.

Processing Fees: Please note that third-party payment fees (Stripe, Klarna, PayPal, etc.) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved cancellation or credit.
