Most of our wigs come in a standard "medium" size that fits most head shapes thanks to adjustable straps and elastic bands. However, we recommend measuring the circumference of your head before purchasing. If you need a custom small or large cap, please contact us directly after placing your order.

Absolutely. Our wigs are crafted from high-quality hair that can be straightened, curled, and dyed just like your natural hair. To maintain the longevity of the unit, we always recommend using a heat protectant spray and consulting a professional stylist for major color transitions.

We know you're excited to receive your new look! Ready-to-ship units are typically processed within 2–3 business days. For custom-styled or pre-order units, please allow 7–10 business days for preparation before shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Longevity depends on care. We suggest washing your wig with sulfate-free shampoo and deep conditioning it every 2 weeks if worn daily. Always detangle gently starting from the ends and moving upward, and store your wig on a mannequin head or in its original packaging when not in use.
